The
Food Research Institute, Council for Scientific and Industrial
Research, Ghana performs analyses and research within food
science and consumer acceptance. They will be responsible for
analysis of selected food value chains in all the four partner
regions. The local project leader will be Prof.Wisdom Amoa-Awuawho
together with Dr.Margaret Owusuwill supervise a PhD and assist with
implementation of starter cultures at the SME level.
