The National
Scientific and Technological Research Centre (CNRST),
Department of Food Technology, Burkina Faso has well-equipped
microbiological and chemical laboratories and a HPLC for amino acid
analyses. The local project leader will be Dr. Brehima Diawarawho
has extensive knowledge in technology transfer and training at the
SME level and together with Dr.Hagretou Sawadogowho will supervise
a PhD.
